I've always been an over-thinker, sometimes it doesn't help! If you really want to get in shape and get the dream body you wish for there are no excuses!

You have 24 hours in a day and a good exercise only takes away an hour. Believe me, I have been cursing from my house to the car and the whole drive to the gym! But I walk out of the gym with the biggest smile on my face every single time! Try it I dare you.

So I don't wanna hear none of this:

-I really want to workout, I simply just don't have the time!
-I have kids.
-I don't have any new workout clothes.
-My friend just bailed on my, now I can't go.
-I'm embarrassed by how I look.
-I'm tired!
-I just ate chocolate, now I can't go to the gym!!
-It's too late, i'll go tomorrow!
