Iceland Fitness posing seminar
The Iceland Fitness posing seminar starts this Thursday!!
The posing seminar, that starts Thursday the 22´nd of September, is open for anyone who´s competing at the 2016 IFBB World fitness championships, Arnold classic Europe or the Icelandic cup.
Our trainers will teach:
- Mandatory poses
- Free posing
- I walk
- Stage prep
- Stage presence
The posing seminar is being held at World class Kringlan and starts on Thursday the 22´nd of September.
The posing seminar includes 9 sessions and costs 15.000 isk
19.00 Bikini Fitness
20.00 Bodyfitness
21.00 Men´s physique, bodybuilding, classic bodybuilding and woman´s physique
